Papo Fácil Brasil offers Brazilian Portuguese teaching and culture resources (online lessons, e-books, and related services).

• Access to e-books/materials: we provide links hosted on Google Drive after purchase.

• Process payments via PayPal and deliver your e-book/materials (fulfil a contract).

• Customer support & communication (legitimate interest or fulfil a contract).

If you buy an e-book or book lessons, we may store your email to:

• send delivery links/receipts,

Payments are processed by PayPal. Prices may be shown in USD or NOK and may change over time. You are responsible for any currency conversion or bank fees.

2.5 Digital deliveries

Delivery of e-books/materials occurs via Google Drive or similar link after successful payment. Keep your link confidential and do not share it publicly.

2.6 Cancellations & refunds (summary)

Digital products (e-books and downloads) are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable law. For 1:1 lessons or packages, any cancellation/rescheduling rules will be communicated at booking time. (If you need a customized refund policy page later, we can add one.)

2.7 Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, videos, lesson plans, and e-books, is owned by Papo Fácil Brasil or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other IP laws.

• Limited personal use: you may view and download purchased materials for your own learning. You may not re-share or resell.
